  • A nutrition and training program specific to improving your fitness and/or general health.

  • Weekly 30 min one-to-one online training session with me 

  • Daily Support from me - Voice Notes, Informative videos, Fun Challenges.

  • Weekly check-ins with your coach to assess progress and make adjustments as necessary

  • A Nutrition workshop - I will explain exactly what your calorie needs are and empower you to understand your body and its nutritional needs for whatever your goal may be - weight loss health, etc

  • A vibrant and real Community of other supportive members. Access  to the private FB Group  - Best Fitness Friends (BFF)

  • Comprehensive Information Package that includes tips, educational content and instructions.

  • Meal Plan Template with a built-in food database to easily build meals to fit your nutritional targets

  • Unlimited email support

What you will learn:

  • Exercise technique and form. Correcting those errors you may make at home with no coach to guide you

  • How to track your Calories and Macros.

  • How to become accountable and how much movement really matters.

  • And most importantly, how to love and accept yourself so as not to hold yourself back any more than you already are.

Training Program Details

Training Cycles

A new program will be designed for you every 6 weeks. Training progressions will be based on your performance to help ensure you're making strides towards your goal(s).

Experience Level

The program is  100% tailored to you  &  designed to suit your level of experience; whether you are just starting your fitness journey  or you have gained some fitness experience already.

Available Facilities and Equipment

The program is designed for the equipment that you have on hand. If you don't have access to a commercial gym, I will design your program to suit what is available to you - this may include home workouts with no equipment at all. 

Designed to Suit Your Training Availability

Your program will be designed to suit how many days you can commit to training, whether that be as few as 3 days per week or as many as every day of the week.
